15+ years of experience in massage therapy. Certified and trained in a broad spectrum of modalities; craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports, oncology, cupping, and prenatal. Kathy is also a Reiki Master Teacher and our expert sound bath meditation facilitator.

Lisa Miranda is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in gliding cupping, IASTM, and stretching techniques. She draws upon her previous work as a PT aide to alleviate tension and restore movement and function.

A San Diego resident since 2003, Erynne has developed a strong client base of individuals seeking out quality deep tissue and sports massage. Erynne has since developed special training in lymphatic drainage massage (also excellent for post-operative swelling control) and prenatal massage to broaden her spectrum. She continues to teach classes in Sport Massage, Anatomy, and Physiology at massage schools throughout San Diego and has been voted Competitor Magazine's "Best Of” in the sport massage category every year since 2006.
